C'mon I know you're out there....

This is a free 5k, all you need to do is register once then you can race every week or whenever you want to see how you're progressing over the same route and distance (or not ). The first one is this Saturday so if lots of people turn out then it will hopefully become a permanent fixture like the Bushy Park time trials.

I am so excited about this. My 5k PB needs a thrashing and I need something to get me off the sofa and out running on a saturday. I'll spread the word too!

You can just sign up on the UK one TT, then you can do a timetrial anywhere in the UK not just Cardiff.

I might well come along for this too - and probably be last at my current pace - but hey, someone has to be!!

I am so stoked this is starting in Cardiff, I have done the Bushy Park time trial a few times and they are excellent - it will be good not to haveto do a 2 hour drive first though! :0)

I think its a great idea unfortunately Saturday is my only day of work in the week. But good luck to the organisers and runners.

Gimme a chance to shed my muffin tops for a couple of months and when I'm back on track I'll race again hun. Done nothing for 7 weeks (with being in India, Christmas etc) and started training again on the 1st. Am really not race fit at the mo, but I'll come watch you peeps though of course. Be good to see you. Happy New Year so far I hope?

Fair enough, the trials will hopefully be on every week anyway so plenty of chance to race when you're ready. Make sure TT gets to it though ! Yes the New Year is going great so far thanks ! Hope the same for you?
