Jane Fonda lol, perhaps the volunteers won't be forthcoming then.

As said, my calculation was based on exactly 5 miles.  You ran a bit further, and no doubt included it in your calculation, so well under 2 hours is possible.

Keep up the good work.

Wow - did my longest training run in over 3 months of 12.12 miles yesterday, 'twas a bit of a struggle but feel a bit more comfortable about a Half now.

Don - I put you down for a stretch tergat....! Neat little pacing group for the 1.27 should get us round in good time.

On the bench this weekend - precautionary move, big picture etc as my goal 1.23 is not until November!

Had a relatively controlled and relaxed run at the Notts half this morning coming in at 1:29, so still expect to hit my target in Cardiff. Just need a few good weeks between then and now.

h0vis.  I ran FLM in the CwL charity costume Little Miss Naughty (big purple thing) and it ended up weighing a ton.  Though I did wear it to do Reading Half which was fun(ish)  It depends on what costume you wear I guess.  But if you are thinking of a Mr Man costume it is easier to say no!!!  lol

banana man

i did a 2½ mile funrun in it yesterday, and rilised that the shirt with all the padding is too much, i was boiling. the rest of it seemed fine, apart from the mask kept slipping down and covering my eyes

i think with a bit of modding i should be ok
