As said, my calculation was based on exactly 5 miles. You ran a bit further, and no doubt included it in your calculation, so well under 2 hours is possible.

Wow - did my longest training run in over 3 months of 12.12 miles yesterday, 'twas a bit of a struggle but feel a bit more comfortable about a Half now.

Don - I put you down for a stretch tergat....! Neat little pacing group for the 1.27 should get us round in good time.
On the bench this weekend - precautionary move, big picture etc as my goal 1.23 is not until November!
i did a 2½ mile funrun in it yesterday, and rilised that the shirt with all the padding is too much, i was boiling. the rest of it seemed fine, apart from the mask kept slipping down and covering my eyes
i think with a bit of modding i should be ok
