Really enjoyed this run,the weather was perfect and as I am not a fast runner there was plenty of company around me in such a good mix of runners.The organisers set us all off on time,never saw the 4 mile marker, but knew I was on the last mile as soon as I started running uphill 
.
managed to knock 3 minutes of last years time did it in 41.33.
Will be back next year.Perfect warm up .
Now for a bit longer run- the sub4 staffs20 from staffordshire university 14th march.
Hope the legs will take it
