Chernobyl 10K

Just thought I would mention this again so no one goes to the wrong venue.

It is back at the Welcome Inn.

And a bigger shock all being well I will be running. Got a shiny new Red Rose vest that needs to get all sweaty.

At least if we run (Judith too) it takes the pressure of anyone else who is worried about being last!

 Plus we get to make our replacements on time keeping and number taking wait around in the cold.

Good advice from Alan about entering asap if you are thinking about entering though folks as Steve Ashy mentioned closing online entries today when I spoke to him yesterday.

It looks like MCRC web site is down tonight, so here goes done it once in 2010

Route is roughly as follows

Quick lap round the estate from outside pub and then onto old tram road down to the river

Along Ribble down to main A6 bridge and the back up the other side of the river

over the old tram bridge and back up the tram road to Todd lane and then back up to the finish across the road from the Welcome Inn.
