Jason - good luck matey!  Am definitely going to consider doing Snowdonia next year, it appeals to me.  However, I don't think the local 500ft hill big enough to train on so would need to get myself up some mountains in Wales first.

Wrexham is a good flat half which I think is in Feb?

Fell over on my run before.   F*cked my toe up, knee is gashed as is hand and elbow.  However, I was most upset at the snapped fingernail.

Have a good race on Saturday Jason. Hope you get the time you're after - sub 3hrs...??!!

HeOw - are you doing the Wrexham Half? I'm thinking about it but my Sunday racing plans have all gone out of the window as my 6 yr old son starts playing in a footie league next month and that means matches on a Sunday! Aaarrgghh! Why don't they have childminding facilities at races?!

It is cold and miserable here in Lincolnshire, I am just waiting for my porridge to settle, then off out for a steady, 5 miler.

4 .15m nice and slow for me tonight, just to get the legs loosened for stretching. Downhills are an issue at the moment.....
