HeOw- have you "ignored" him? Go into "my forum" and check out "members I'm ignoring". Don't know why, but every so often I've had people turn up there, without any action by me....

I had!  I had also ignored a member called Spoons amongst another 5!  Must have clicked by accident.

Glad to hear the calf held up.
With 3 weeks taper you'll be raring to go at Luton!

Jez - thanks. Yep the taper has started and really looking forward to it now. Just done a speed session on treadmill and no issues again from calf

BP- sounds good

A bit windy and chilly out, but lovely sunshine here. Had toyed with the idea of a trail run today, but in the end decided to leave the mud and the hills for a while longer and stick to the flattish road today. 10m nice and easy in 1.18.46 (7.52 av). Legs getting there after Snowdonia Off for sports massage later on for a battering

Hi folks, sorry I have been a bit quite, I have been on a bit of a downer as I lost my job 3 weeks ago, the running is keeping me sane and positive!
