Well, did this one last night! Got around in 37.35 7th of 150 odd and 4th vet. Went out with front runners far too fast and was in a mess after 3 miles. Stopped to throw up and lost 20 secs or so. Carried on at a slower pace and managed a strong finish. Nice fairly flat course with a mixture of lanes, trails and tracks. Pretty strong top 5 with times ranging 32 to 35. Will do again next year but will pace myself better.!
