Jeffsy - Im looking somewhere around that.(give or take a couple of mins)
Its my second marathon.
Did Blackpool 2 years ago in 3 hour 11.
I did a 5k race last night in 17.45.
I knocked 45 secs off my PB so happy with that.
Did a 1 mile race as a warm up 10 mins earlier as well.

That was tough, but I really enjoyed it. Finnished in 3.25.35. Well chuffed with the time.

Did anyone else meet the pony and trap up the narrow hill?

cwj - well done, Abingdon will be like a walk in the park after your efforts on Sunday. I can't imagine it will be as hot anyway. Good Luck with it.
