Saw the Ealing Eagles down at one of the Summer Series events and they seem like a friendly passionate club so should be a good one to enter hopefully!

We are delighted to announce that this years 10km will have chip timing. Very few ??12 races will give you this. So sounds like its time sign up! Please spread the word

I've entered the Ealing Half - my first half! Hoping this will give me a taster of some of the course. Looking forward to it.

Looks good , after doing the British 10 K which was my first 10 k for 2 years and was just over a minute behind my personal best will be aiming for a personal best with less crowds.

Just to let you know this years Ealing Eagles 10km is on the 19th of May in Gunnersbury Park, Ealing
Over 200 places gone already, Still only £12 which includes chip timing, bottled water, good quality medal and a goody bag with chocolate!
