This will be my first marathon, one week after my 50th birthday ! Oh what have I done !?

I chose it because it's supposed to be flat and fast but have nothing to compare it to. Is that the case ?

It was my first this year, and yes its a pretty flat course which should lead to good times - as long as we dont have a freak heatwave like this year!

Yep it's flat, can be a bit boring in places and it's been hot the last two years. But it is enjoyable!!

MARATHON PLACE AVAILABLE

I have entered the Edinburgh marathon but unfortunately have been injured and can no longer take part.

I note that the marathon is now full, but transfers are available until 01 April 2011.

If anyone would like to use the transfer please contact me.
