Probably a long shot, but a mate and i are probably going over to Endmoor tomorrow for a 10k organised by kendal AC - just wondered if anyone's familiar with the course and whether it's a quick flatty or a lumpy slowie.

Cheers - where does it go? Assume if it's lumpy it's east of the main road?
