Prizes for King and Queen of the hill this year too. Better get your crampons on!

Hmmm, I'm wondering if I'd make it round this course as I haven't done any offroading for quite a while.  Distance should be OK ...

I love a bit of mud

Should I or shouldn't I?  Decisions decisions!

Go for it! just keep thinking about the home made cakes at the end!

It may take me an hour and a quarter plus to finish though!

Hmmmmm, home made cakes

you know it makes sense!

Just got round to entering online

Can't wait

Mudclaws, Flyrocs, Brooks Adrenaline trail shoes or ???

The home made cakes tipped the balance, eh?

The course has dried out a lot over the past week, so I would say studs or trail shoes will both be fine

Here's hoping my flyrocs are up to the job tomorrow!

My 13yr old is looking forward to the fun run

I'm looking forward to this race - not just the homemade cakes or bacon butties

It's gonna be tough and I'm gonna hurt but I'll feel good after and it will be worth it!

I agree 100% RFJ - lovely to see you and Jr today

Fab organisation, great bacon butties, delicious home made cakes and wonderful scenery.

Tough, hilly and loved the placing of the 4 mile marker

Can't wait to attack this one again next year!
