As the White Star team seems to be dropping with Flu, Ebola and other excus...errr reasons we have mapped roughly the whole route and here is a course profile taken froma great mapping tool I found

My Garmin said about 3,000 feet ascent in the first 12.2 miles we were defeated by weather yesterday so I would say about 5500 of ascent as guess

Camping sounds fun, but I doubt the little guy will appreciate it. More over, I doubt the runners will like him waking them at 5am shouting for his favourite t.v. character
