Camping sounds fun, but I doubt the little guy will appreciate it. More over, I doubt the runners will like him waking them at 5am shouting for his favourite t.v. character

Cool, the noise and lights of a party will help guide me back down the hill when it gets dark.

If and I say if this years event goes well, we are talking to the parish council about a half marathon on sunday morning.

Buuuuut saturday night have a massive pi$$ up with a band and a BBQ on the village green. Invite the whole village along also may do a freebie 5km time trial on Friday before it gets dark

Cool. I don't drink often but WHEN I drag myself over that line, I will be desperate for a celebratory beer.
13/02/2013 at 17:11

So our beer will be GLUGGTASTIC

I'm also trying to talk the missus into letting me run the half on Sunday, energy permitting
13/02/2013 at 18:24

I am so looking forward to the beer at the end.

S'pose I'd better start doing some running then. Not today though, hockey tonight and I'm working tomorrow, so not then then, Fri is swimming and I'm going out on Saturday...

Steve the half is 2014

13/02/2013 at 18:28
That makes my decision easier....
