Whats the course Like

Hi Folks,

I am doing this for the first time. Its states Undulating, which is fine. Does anyone have any course knowledge that they could share?  I

IE, roughly where are the bigger hills?.........  knowing this will help when pacing myself....

it is fairly tough in places.

race instruictions show the route....so you can have a look at an ORdnance Survey map and look at the contour lines. www.streetmap.co.uk will do this.

 THink if you were to plot it on map my run it wouldshow the hilsl too

Nah i did it a couple of times a good few years ago.

Am (finally) doing a 1 mile race on Saturday evening (Bourton on the Water)

hope ure both well

it's what i'd call an undulating little bugga, - the first 3 miles out is the last 3 miles back - theres a couple of short steep ones in both directions ,

but it is an extremey enjoyable event, 99% rural

I'll turn up and enter on the day, should be able to make the 13.1 miles unlike Boddington a few weeks back, hope to see you there guys
