New route but same magical race!!
What a thing to say to Morgs.......and she`s just been nice to you.
Millsy now I got a shredded suit it will come in handy when I go begging outside M&S at christmas...............all I need now is a crutch.....can I borrow yours?
It`s lonely at the top mate ....lonely
But no worries........I forgot all about it
The only way is up little buddy.
You could alwayz be an old bad runner like me.
But you will be one day..........young man.
Gotta to get to the dentist/doctor tomorrow this face ache is driving me nuts.
Comes and goes in 5 or 10 minute bouts (a weaker man would cry) .......but not SM
Of course it hasn`t stopped me keeping up with the brutal training regime..........just adds to the satisfaction.
'this face ache is driving me nuts'.
You have no idea how long I will ponder before I come up with a witty response to that one
And on top of all that...I then come down with a viral infection at the end of last week which left me going from overheating to shivering, aching, sore throat and generally feeling like I'd rather not!! I think I'm just about shaking off the last of this now but boy....what a nasty two weeks that's been!! But hopefully that'll be illness and me parting company for a bit now because as the saying goes....things come in 3's!! Maybe the GCR took more out of me than I'd realised and left me susceptable to every bug about!!!!
Millsy - beans spilled at long last - and not a pleasant tale either! I wasn't a million miles out with my toe reference then - although it does sound as if your condition has been significantly more painful than a bruised toe nail. Sincerely hope that this is not going to be a recurring condition and that it's not too long before you're up and at 'em again!
Millsy wrote (see)
but if you do wish to spread some warmth, then I always find that chocolate helps,
There you go with your subliminal messages about "spreading warm chocolate" - or is that just me reading things that aren't really there??
I was wondering about that myself Boycs.
Millsy I am boring them in a minute on the Windy thread.
