If you want a guess. I'd say that if the hill profile of the trail and road events were identical, I'd say that the road race would be roughly 5% quicker than a trail... assuming that the conditions aren't horrendously wet. But it does so depend on conditions underfoot.
But it is a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string?' type question~
