Can't believe nobody has started a thread on this yet!

I believe BR & Hilly are making the long journey south. MikeB, Micksta and Bryn will be there too, so I hear.

Mrs Pants and I will be back again for the third year running. I'm unlikely to PB this time around, but Mrs Pants should.

Quite a forum crowd!

List starts here!

NRG is coming too! HURRAH!

OK - I propose everyone brings grub and we all hang out afterwards at Hatfield forest for a picnic.

If anyone else turns up on this thread, they can agree or otherwise...

I hope to get support from TeamNRG who have been tasked in video-taping as many diverse running styles as possible. Kudos to anyone who can goose-step at 200 cadence and still go sub-40min.

TillyP: You're in for a treat as The Daily Thread All-Stars descend on to Bishops Stortford.

And to think three runners from Barnsley will be running in Essex. It'll almost be like Club Nite ;-)

Team Prize?

Just adding myself to the list. Had to miss this one last year as I broke my arm in the Fairfield Horseshoe Race, but will be there this year

I think BR has his mind set on some curry house after the race, anyone know of a good curry around Broad oak? ;p

Gonna be some race as well, who is going to be first forumite home???

Wont be me :)
19/04/2006 at 12:08
Not me either, I reckon so far its out of MIKE B and BRYN for the fastest times, both should be good for 32mins, then there is a group of us shooting for 33mins and 34mins! :)

20/04/2006 at 12:36
Micksta - I'm not quite sure I'll be under 35min by then - it seems it's going to take a while to get used to running sub7 let alone sub6!
Of the two I'd put money on MikeB - 54min for Sidcup 10 (in not the best weather) should give him favourite status over Bryn. What's Bryn been up to lately though? I've lost track of him...

IRM - Unless of course you break it again... ;-)

And BR can pack a curry picnic! Or grab a take out on the way to Hatfield Forest! There is no way I am having a post-race curry!

Try to do this every year, lovely race!

What's this `us' shooting for 33 or 34 mins, MICKSTA?

Part of the grand plan?

:-))

Just give me some curry vouchers if PANTS is scared to set foot across the threshold of a curry house...

Don't know if HILLY will be running as she has a 5 mile pb attempt 2 days after this. She'll be there with encouragement for her team mates though:-)

It might actually be quite nice to sit back and watch this one with such stars racing:-)

What's on the menu?

Protein shakes?

Quite like the idea of a nibble in the woods:-)

It's a picnic, BR. You bring whatever you want to eat. Don't you have them ooop north?

Brilly Hilly - Just not with the children around...
