My form is in the post. Every bit of training will be going into this race, I've got the congleton half in October, then no more halfs... gonna get me a seriosu amount of training for this puppy!!!

Marshy boy, you doing this one then? How's the training going? Hope you're getting the miles in my son ;-)

pugheaven - I'm with you on this one - just got home from a moderately disappointing Lake V, and cheered myself up by getting the 4 Villages application in the post so I can do it all again in January.

This is going to be full within a few weeks me thinks... should be a cracker, here's hoping for cool/cold weather with no breeze... bring it on! Be good to meet some of you guys there!!! We need to find a pub close buy and get a sunday roast dinner and a pint... I can hear it now, calling my name...

I'm doing the race on Sunday. I wanted to see what my finishing time was last year but can't find the results anywhere. Anyone know where I can find them?
