Looking forward to doing this on sunday.

Does anyone have any more details of the route than were sent out with the race info?  My friends want to be somewhere on the route to cheer me on and it would be nice to know the exact route so I know where to direct them.

It goes down a lot of train tracks and quite a bit along the river. Doesn't seem to do very much on the roads. Might be best for them to tag along with someone at the start and see where they go.

It does say out and back so maybe they can just see where you go and wait for you to come back!

Out and back ish. Bit of a loop and an added bit at the end.

I was deliberating between this one and the South Coast half. I think having had my last two races off road, i decided in the end for South Coast, but i hear Henfield is a good race. Certainly a more attractive course.

It sounds a lot more attractive than it is. It is not the best off road course. I'm guessing your Seaford race is about banging in a good time. 4 laps of a flat course should be perfect as long as it isn't too hot.

I was going to say if the wait at the point where it exits (on the way out) the downs link they'll see you on the out and back. It's on the road so they should get back to the finish to meet you.
