Hey guys, i will be doing this race. I also entered online, albeit only yesterday, i spoke to the organiser and he said for those who entered late you will pick your numbers up on the day. Am not looking forward to this one though, i have been destroying my PB this year after fairly decent training but i have been rubbish over the last two weeks and feel the least prepared i have ever felt before a race, not good!!!

I have had an e-mail saying to colect my number on the day. I didn't enter incredibly late but then again the organisers did cover half of the on-line entry fee. I'll just have to get there in good time.

I'll see you there on Sunday, Bridget and all :-)

Last year was flippin' hot. The course is pretty undulating and with not a lot of shade. Bring suncream :-)

And I think it's going to be pretty warm again this year! ;-)

I am very dissapointed with the total lack of communication over entries. No email or phone number is available. We entered ages ago and have had no race pack, our daughter entered this week and despite Runners World Daniels best efforts have had no contact whatsoever from the organisers of this event. I hope the race day organisation is better than this !

Well, although I moaned about poor comms over entries - the team pulled it off on the day, very slick organisation and a good race.

Great run, very well organized - mind you very hot.
(Mark clay) should of taken your advise with the suncream.

Enjoyed the race, although it was very hot and i ended up a mile from my 10K pb. Has anyone seen any photos, i thought there was a photographer on the right on the second hill but i can't see a link anywhere??

Thanks

Tris
