I am working in Ipswich Tuesday - Friday and just wondered if there were any evening 10ks or similair locally to help me occupy an evening?

Anyone know? And if so are they "enter on day" events?

my club has a 5miler in Chelmsford (about 1/2hr - 45 mins down the road from Ipswich) - think its on the events thread for Essex but not sure if its enter on the day, next Friday evening.

You're in luck HR, Friday 13th is the Ipswich Friday night 5 miler, which is actually at Claydon just outside Ipswich. £6 on the night to enter.
