Oh well, roll on Beachy. Don't think I'm actually going to get near any hills before then but I can put in some pre-race eating.

Helly - at least you are not walking funny this morning. I will be getting my foam roller on my ITB in the next couple of day

I was going to ask that too - been checking website all week but nothing. Has anyone contacted them?

I was in the Jog Shop at lunchtime today and they told me the results would go up over the weekend.
