Or to be pedantic 7 miles and 351 yds so a new pb at this unusual distance run up and down the scenic hills just beside the White Horse some 8 or so miles East of Thirsk in North Yorkshire. This was a race I've been wanting to do for a while and finally got to it over the weekend. I'd strongly recommend this one to anyone looking for a challenge It is:

A very scenic route with views across the Vale of York , Shandy Hall, Bydales Abbey, Coxwold Village & Mouseman Thomson workshop.
Challengingly undulating ( ie lots of hills)
Well stewarded & supported, drink station 1 was especially enthusiastic
