Cracking race - bit like Coniston without the hills
Ran some of my best HMs here - and haven't ruled out a return!
I'm in... fantastic race this is!
Don't publicise the fact, I haven't sent my form off yet.
Although I fancy the Anglesey Marathon the week after so I'm not too sure I will be able to do both.
Great place for a run though.
Dog has cost me £500 at the vets this week.
Can I afford to enter this and Anglesey ?

I had a shocker in 2007 - over 3 hrs.
My worst ever race.
Aiming for around 2:00 - 2:10 this time.

your kind of right, im 2o and all my school life ive been a track and field athlete. since then ive not done anything but since the new year ive turned a leaf running mostly every day. 5 weeks on i ran my first half. and set my goals on under 1:20 by the end of the year. im very competitive and take everything i do serious. i know its a huge goal in my first year of running distance but i truely think its a possible goal. Cap66 - i know its a big goal but eith the plan of running i have coming up i think i may have that goal before then. but who knows. im still learning the in's and outs of distance running, like what to eat . . what to drink (and during event) but im a quick learner =D
Ashley- I have learnt what to eat and drink and that is whatever i like. Yes this may lead to slower times, but i enjoy my food more. It is not until 2 days before an event that i think about what i'm eating.
