Quick update- practice runs have been well attended so far and plans are still to go live end of March Recommend both the coffee and the hot chocolate in the cafe- I'm also told that the bacon rolls are excellent, but I wouldn't know!

So come along and join in - same time, same place- 9am Saturday morning Llyn LLech Owain Country Park

A great excuse to lay off the wine and have a decent nights sleep on the Friday night

Official launch of Llyn Llech Owain Parkrun today! A very wet course, but great to see over 60 runners there- awesome pace by the front runners too!

Week 2 done and dusted!

Last week= 65 runners plus volunteers, this week= 68 + volunteers!

Thanks JD - will be there this saturday. Will be my last event before our hols.

Very glad to hear the event has gone well so far and its excellent to hear of these pb's. 65-70 is a good number. I think the Cardiff parkrun got a bit crowded.
