Hey all, we are trying to get a team together to run the London Cardiff 24 hour relay in July, but as we are only a small social running group we are finding it hard to put a team of 12 people together. We are not bothered about having superfast athletes, its about the challenge and teamwork for us, although that said we aren't a bunch of couch potatoes either. From what we know each runner is going to have to be able to run 2 individual legs, plus 3 x1 mile team sections, so need to be a decent level of ability, with the total mileage over the day varying between 13 -20 miles per person depending which stages you run.
