This will be my third year. Last year was a bit of a fiasco because of the whole distance thing, but i still rate this as a great race. It has tremendous spirit and atmosphere, and is a great circuit. I also love the medal and the t-shirts etc. Its a race your pleased you have done, and is great for newbies and oldies.
I am aiming for sub 90 this year, but i might be dreaming there. I am a comfortable 7 minute miler and did Hayling Island 10 in under 69 minutes, so who knows.
To all those attending, i will see you there, or not, in the crowd ha ha.
Ghostrider I am also running this tomorrow and looking forward to it. I am hoping to run it in 1hr 50 mins though, thats if this cold will go away!
Good luck for tomorrow!

Well dont run if you dont feel up to it. It will make you worse. The rule is normally if you feel bad from the neck upwards, then its usually okay. I hope you do well, but i am sure you will. 1hr 50 is a good time.
