I did it last year. The organisers seem well intentioned, and I am thinking of doing it again this year as it's a very flat course. The event had a few problems last year (delays to the start, course being routed through the car park at the finish so there was a congested and awkward mix of runners and cars moving in opposite directions) which hopefully will be sorted out as the organisers do appear to respond to feedback.

Me...I'm doing it. Haven't been to Lydd since I was a kid and like the sound of a flat course!!

I've done it for the last 4 years. Didn't like the run round the field at the start last year though! Otherwise good-nice and flat

I'm looking at doing it, but will probably enter on the day now....would rather run round a field before though, rather than afterwards...

The provisional results are now here. Final and confirmed results will be published and emailed later today once a couple of queries have been sorted.

Hi Martin, I believe that you are the course director. Please send great thanks to the wonderful team! This was really well organised and your marshals were complete stars. I'd really recommend this event (although be a little wary of using Google Maps to get you to the start line in time!) So delighted that I smashed 19 minutes off my PB to get under the two-hour mark. Great work guys!
