Long wait

Is anyone else having to wait ages for their VLM official photo from marathon foto?  I ordered the digital one so expected it to be sent fairly soon but a week later and nothing.  Called them and they confessed to some delays and the person I spoke to said she would contact the US office and let them know as she had many angry customers.  Still no photo....

They are waiting for you to recover from the marathon, before you get the shock of how much they charge

Well I though that £20 was okay as I could print  it out myself several times and it may well be my first and last VLM ( unless ballot randomly picks me again).

No such delay in taking your money, I assume?

Lordy!  Twenty quid for a photo.

Fools and their money....

I was going to but all for £60...

I have over 60 photos of me around the course...

But I decided to buy some baby milk for the nipper instead.

Well - as I didnt have anyone taking photos of me en route - and my first marathon - I think its worth it to be able to send to people, print out however which way I can and was going to take one into work to show the people who sponsored me etc - I don't usually order one from other races but this was going to be a special one off.  Beginning to wonder if I will ever get it....

I ordered some prints last week from them, and I'm still waiting for those to arrive by post.  Didn't expect them immediately, but I would have thought your JPG would have come through by now.  When I have ordered JPG's from other races, I have received them very quickly, but I guess the delay is because they are dealing with a great many more entrants than any other race.

Sorry, when I got home today the photos had arrived in the post. I guess you'll have to chase them up.
