Murf 163.28 (124th - 35th F)
145 completed all week including 48 women. Think we all did really well!

wow - cheers for counting all the women's places tiger, very useful information.
Ive recovered now! nearly fell asleep in the shop on Saturday though, had to go out into the stock room and have a little rest...
i miss the races now !

whats the consensus with the last race being a bit shorter than 4 miles?
I know it doesn't really matter, but if it is definitely 4 miles then Ive just run the fastest ever in my life! But I suspect its a little bit short? DId other people record very good times for this last run?

I had a pretty rubbish run. If it was 4 miles, my time was good but I was not running at the pace that would have required. I reckon it was more like 3.5
