I have just entered the Regents Park 10k Winter series which starts on October 1st. Does anyone have any good tips for this rsce or can anyone tell me where is the "hub' which is where the race starts. Cant find it on my map!!

The hub is a sunken cafe/changing area behind the zoo in regents park itself.
