Hi Zoe

I have done this race last year. It was my first ever HM and I found it very nice and well organised and very enjoyable apart from the weather... I have signed up for it again this year hoping that it will at least stay dry this year.

I have also done Gosport HM last year and considering doing it again this year

I looked at the course profile and it seems quite undulating!

Quite expensive for a half, have to enter this weekend as cut off date is 31 august

i have done gosport 4 times and its my local race, hopefully do it this year too as well as great south run

It can't be any more expensive than the great south run?

No idea how much the great south run is but the NF half is ??26 unaffiliated

Your right great south run is 40 quid! Probably last year I will run that race,

going to sign up now!

Entered now!

I have quite a lot of tattoos so you won't be able to miss me!

Better start putting some miles in although I did 10 today so not far off, problem with gosport is that it's so flat!

I will be wearing pink shirt with Jindalee on the back.

Yes Gosport is pretty flat and I got a PB there last year I will do a long run on Sunday. Have been a bit lazy since my Marathon 2 weeks ago but will start again now as I have Bristol and NF HM coming up

Fingers crossed the weather for your Marathon will be ok. I hate running for hours in the pouring rain.

That's a good time, my best is 2:14, will get under 2 eventually!

Yes I hope the weather will be kind then, although I did the great south run in 2008 in rain and it was horrendous!

Sure you will get under 2h NF had horrendous weather last year and being as unprepared as I was I caught a horrible cold and was sick for a week afterwards. Its not a good sign it you are freezing cold whilst running

So hopefully we will have better weather this year!
