Speaking of slapping my buttocks especially at the top are really stiff yesterday and today. Not sure if this is cos of the faster running or is at all the driving I did at the weekend ?( sometimes gives me sore gluts as I must tense them driving along)
Does anyone get this? Usually the only aches I get post run are calf muscles .

I draggged myself out last night after eating the weight of a small child during the day. Sunday runs diefinitley dont suit me! Managed 15 miles very very slowly 65-70% . Could have scraped another one but no more. I am telling myself that the legs must still be a bit tired. I hope thats all it is. My last 20/22 will be next weekend. That had better go well or I will be really panicking about the marathon.
