@neilBE

MLR/LR = MP + (10% to 20%)
GA = MP + (15% TO 25%)

Recovery is detailed in terms of % of MHR - about 70%. Personally I go for:
Recovery = MP + (20% - 30%)

pages 137 - 142 when you get your copy back

i had a question for you all - anyone know of a marathon not on a sunday (other than dublin) ideally looking for one in about 16 weeks - for a friend who won't run on sunday's for religious reasons.....

SR - Might have just the thing for you... Northumberland Coastal Marathon's on Saturday, March 2. Point to point - starts in Alnwick, then heads to the coast and along to Bamburgh.

Ooh. Rude boy.

Been away in the deepest darkest part of the Belgian Ardennes, sort of working, sort of thinking. About cognitive biases dontcha' know?

Happy having sex everyone.

Just been looking at the Eco Trail Emmy. Hmmmm.... might have to enter in 2014 as a Comrades warm-up.

Swiss Tony says thinking about cognitive biases in the Belgian Ardennes is a lot like making love to a beautiful woman

@weedy - why not next year?... There's a 30km option as well

Talking of Eco trail @RR - which distance are you doing?

hee hee hee, Yer_maj is gonna get her leg over, DLR is wearing women's clothing and everyone's being very naughty.  Oh, how the forum always delivers a smile.

darn, DV can't make the 12th...do it's DLR or DV...big decision!  DLR, can you come down early? DV can you make the night before? but then we lose RR...it's all getting very challenging...

There's quite a famous advertising campaign in NZ from Tui beer that's often envoked in times like these. [enter completely ludicrous quote that's obiously not true] follow with "yeah, right!". I feel their words are quite an appropriate response.

it's best not to base your opinion on anything, or you'd realise it was quite wrong.;)

OK, so we finally saw Skyfall.  Good, but not great. Daniel Craig superb.
