The firemen go first ... then the elite, then wave by wave everyone else according to your predicted time. The further back you are then the longer you have to wait until starting. No point in arriving too early.
DLR - really sorry to hear your news. Just shows how fragile life is and how important it is to grab every moment. Terribly sorry for your loss.
