It was a good morning for running and one of the marshalls at the top gate was giving out times as runners went past - what a top bloke and a great service.
OK, it was me - but it's nice to give a little something back every now and again.
Looking forward to next week as my last one for a while. The missus won't let me run on the 20th November as we are getting married at 12 o'clock.
