Being English (and a Yorkshire man who has followed Leeds all his life and therefore hates anything connected with Ridsdale!) I should be cheering for Portsmouth....however,Wales has been my home for 16 years now so it just has to be "Come on you Bluebirds!!!"

Just had my local free rag through the door and they did a feature on the Plod. Daz can now say he has reached the dizzy heights of having his picture in the Barry Gem!

Not doing Ty Hafan, that's this Sunday isn't it? Am off to Tewkesbury to have a go at their Half Marathon instead

We've organised a Welsh Fetch 1 Mile Challenge on Fri 23 May, 7pm at Pontcanna fields. You coming (could bring it then), ALL are welcome?

Got a disk off Che last night, am briefly in the background of 1 photo (so proves I was there lol), but it's not a very good one lol.
