Hi does anybody know anything about the run? Likely to be more runners this year?
I'm just getting back after an injury so just hoping for a nice steady run.

It's a great little tester and ideal warm up for FLM. Well marshalled, some nice undulates. Home made cakes and tea in the hall after the finish. 100 plus runners usually. Appropriate water 9three lots from memory)and even a course photographer. I try to do this one when I can, but off to Rotterdam this year. You should be able to enjoy this one. Good luck

I've not entered this one before but I like the sound of it. It sounds pretty fast though so I hope there's plenty of runners !

Hi, never heard of this place, despite the fact I live in Hereford! How long will it take me to drive there?

30-40 mins ish, up to Kington and hang a right, I think.

Wes, I can't believe you haven't heard of Presteigne if you live in Hereford!

I suppose that's Hereford though - there are so many places that there's bound to be a lot you haven't heard of and to be far, Presteigne is Radnorshire (I think) rather than Herefordshire.

Straycelt's right about directions. Take a right at the second roundabout out of Kington.

That wasn't a race, it was a 10k sauna!

A really enjoyable event, well done Presteigne Pacers. It was one of those well run, friendly races that reminded me why local races are so much more enjoyable than the big events.

I'm sure this could be a really fast race - there aren't realy many "undles" for this part of the country. I was pleased with my run - my first 10k in 6 years.

Glad you enjoyed it Johnny.

I've only been running since September so Sunday was the hottest day I've ever raced on. I really struggled and then pulled or strained a muscle at mile 4 ! However, I will not be defeated and shall return again in September when it's a bit cooler, hopefully.
