Done this one a couple of times now, a really lovely run round a very nice park. Great atmosphere and good potential for a PB and to top it off, always really good goodie bag afterwards 
Looking forward to it again this year. maybe there'll be a few more first timers who've got the exercise bug with the Olympic park round the corner....
