Thanks to all at Thanet for another well-organised event. My especial thanks to all of the marshals; it was tough running, but at least we were able to generate some sort of warmth - even if I did come home and turn the central heating on and leap into a piping hot bath to warm up.

Thanks Thanet. That was.........refreshing.

I did notice that it was a tad windy in places, but a great course. Really interesting, took the mind off the distance and the miles flew by. I much prefer these local, club run events to the massive, commercial packed races. I couldn't fault the organization in any respect. The marshalls are all heros.

Well done Thanet. Hopefully next year you'll be luckier with the weather and get a few more out.

Thanks for the kind feedback peeps - it is a unique event and it would be great to be able to have a much larger field - spread the word!

Sir CdC have printed off some forms to take along tonight - we'll all enter this week hopefully.

Late shout but excellent event and 1 of those races that keep you coming back for more. Windy this year but great fun. Well done all, especially marshals and organisers etc, and was there any photos? Thanks Thanet and maybe try our "Orion 15" On the wrong day it can be a Mud Bath!!

Unfortunately Don the photographer has had major problems and couldn't make it on the day but thanks for the nice comments - when is the Orion 15 and I'll plug it at our club
