I've copied this from a Liverpool based website. Can anyone help?
"....My husband and I are travelling from Nova Scotia to England in December.
We will be staying, for most of the time, in Suffolk County. We like to
run and take part in the RunNovaScotia Series here in Halifax. We would
love to take part in a race (half-marathon or less) in England......"

Hi FF
There's a race in north Suffolk on 15th December called Waveney Turkey Trot 10m. Last year every finisher received a Christmas pud and I think the winner wins a turkey! Some people also did it in fancy dress so its a fun race to do as well.
I haven't seen any entry forms for this yet but will certainly keep my eyes peeled.

Thanks for that. I've passed the info on. I searched on the web and there are entry forms available for this race on this website:

Hi Long Legs
Yes this is the Lowestoft 10 miler. I'm afraid my racing days are numbered at the moment as I'm pregnant and I am getting slower and bigger each week!

I've had a reply from the person who requested info on races in Suffolk. Looks like this race will have a couple of entries from Nova Scotia.

Congratulations LK! Yes, I suppose being pregnant would have an effect on running!
There's arace in Ely on New Years Eve, possibly a 10K, can't remember. Ely is in Cambridgeshire but not that far from Suffolk, if that helps.

I live in the Newmarket area and Ely is about a 40 minute drive from here. The New Years eve run is at 11 am - 10 K. It's a good way to make up for the damage you'll be doing your body later on that evening.
