Morning phys

Should be a rest day today as I was wise enough to get my longer run done yesterday in the better weather. Mrs a is possibly going to go for a short run though so it would be rude not to accompany her. It is the last day of the month for mileage too.

Congratulations on the twins phys, you kept that quiet. No wonder you have been quiet on the forum.

They're not my brats Paul... I just help out sometimes to give their Mum a break. It helps me keep that good, healthy doubt about whether I would ever want any of my own!

Right - I might try and tackle that pile of ironing. How can I accumulate so much when there's only me??

I find children are just so immature.

Cute occasionally though.

Although both of them were snotty yesterday and today I've woken up with a sore throat and it feels like I've got a bit of a temperature....

Just keep your mouth open whilst you have the steam setting to high on the iron - that should cure it.

14 mile run cancelled. May take a few days off whilst my left thigh calms down. I can run with it but it's obviously not going to help the recovery.

Very wise Howard.

Gentle 2 miler done with mrs a, well it all helps keep the mileage ticking over.

1149 miles to the end of June, hopefully more to come in the latter 6 months of 07 with less tapering and recovery. Hopefully back on FE page 1 before too long........maybe.

Sounds like a good idea Howard. A few days off will probably allow your whole body to recover a little.

Well done on the 2 miles Mrs A and Paul. Did you get wet??

All the good stuff done.... 2 double duvet covers still to go <<<<groan>>>>

V light drizzle down here, pretty humid though. Hope it is not too bad up in the soggy North.

Very true, how was the birthday do last night?
30/06/2007 at 14:45
well - I really shouldn't have drunk any cider on an empty stomach - was still very drunk when I got to the restaurant - I got someone to preorder my meal as I was late - didn't really taste the curry I bolted it that fast - had a brilliant laugh - got home far to late for me

Good night all round

tommorrow I am joining a 30 day 100% raw challenge so not alcohol and I am currently nibbling my last chocolate bar
