Long weekend - I have to use my holiday hours before the end of theyear - well apart from the 7 days worth I have to save for the xmas break

Long weekend. Nice. I seem to have had a very busy week again, I can't believe its Friday already! Have you any nice plans Maddy?

Short cycle commute again. I'm pleased that I've managed not to use the car for 4 days which is what I'm aiming for. Once I'm a bit less busy  the plan is to start adding some extra miles....

I think we have heard that before

And its happened before Paul

.........happy to be proven overly sceptical........

I look forward to a shared long run along the canal soon phys

Biking miles I meant Paul. I'm happy to cycle as far as you want to go along the canal

Seriously, are you up here any time soon. Maybe we could persuade Maddy to have a thread meet up .....

With advance warning I could manage a thread meet up - still need to be a bit careful with money so advanced fares are the way to go - which normally means a bloody early start

I have a central heating pump to try and by this weekend - thankfully its not a messing with gas thing so I should be able to replace it myself

Good luck with the plumbing Maddy.

5ish mile run done. I think my legs are still a bit tired from pushing myself so hard last week. The lovely sunshine help my motivation to get out there.

Road ride planned for tomorrow.

I have a time trial tomorrow - luckily it looks my club has more than the minimu team of 6 so my time won't count towards the team time

Leading a 15 miler training run tomorrow so glad that the forecast is considerably better than earlier.

Lumpy 14.55 miler this morning in the slightly foggy sunshine.

Lumpy 15 mile TT completed and I wasn't the slowest - a 69 year old was.  Still as our club super star dropped down to 8mph on the steepest bit of the big club I an very pleased i didn't get off and walk

A very active day for the thread. We did 39 lumpy miles in beautiful sunshine. We actually cycled out to meet some friends to watch the local cycle club's hill climb competition. Only it was yesterday! The bloke who suggested it was a but sheepish when we finally worked out why it obviously wasn't happening....

Still it gave us somewhere to ride to.

yukky yukky day - short commite as Merlin is keeping me awake most of the night at the moment so I was nervous about a longer ride in the dark

Bad day here too. A very long work day so I drove, but have literally not stopped all day, so I might count that as exercise.

A damp 8.4 miles tonight - fun though

An 11.1 miler at quicker than MP this afternoon.

Well done Paul for keeping the running and the thread going.

Work only here. One of the physio's went off sick yesterday,  for the evening, so extra work for me, then today we found out she's not back this week, posssibly not this month, possibly not ever. So lots more work for me.

11/10/2012 at 21:21

I hope someone else has been exercising? I've nothing to report here, just work again.....

Not here, have an 8 mile XC race on Saturday so am tapering My body may well go into shock as it will be the shortest race I've ever done.
