Enjoy yourself Paul. It's beautiful here. We're off to clear the lawn of leaves, then meet my parents for lunch.

Beautiful day in MK too. Ran a far too fast 3:15 today after a 3:24 yesterday. Felt good so just kept going and luckily the wheels didn't come off. 4th place again but more importantly the first marathon double in 18 months and number 121 in the bag.

Treated myself to a rest day today.

Tis dark

I am off to wrexham on Thursday then I have to do a bit of traveling for a few weeks but mostly one nighters

FInally going to see the physio about my plantar thing on Monday - its free

Day out in Bristol today followed by a nice 8 mile club run tonight.

Evening.

Well done on another double Paul. We get blas?? about your marathons now. Need reminding now again how impressive it is

Short cycle commute last 2 days. More staff sickness, more Jenny doing extra work.... Run planned tomorrow with some Abbey Dash team members.

I hope you remember to wave today Paul

Evening.

4 miles or so run this morning with some speedwork in as well. With one of the other team members for Sunday's run.  A bit late to make any difference but at least I got some in

Evening. Short commute today.

Got a shortlist for interview for the job I've advertised. I've never done proper recruitment before!

15/11/2012 at 19:53

Evening

Interviewing is a bit worrying Phys you sometimes forget its you who is doing the assessing and worry about how you did

LONG day today - out the house at 5am - train up to Wrexham then flight back to Filton got in 20 mins ago

15/11/2012 at 21:08

I've been writing interview questions, general ones first, then once I know who's coming I need to write some more specific ones for each candidate. I'm going to be more nevous than they are!

Ooh it is quiet on here. Work, work the last 2 days, but tomorrow is the Abbey Dash. Booze free early night for me as a token gesture to help performance. More training would probably have been more useful!

17/11/2012 at 21:53

Good luck tomorrow phys, run strong.

6 miler to day for me and I'm leading a club run of abut 14-15 miles tomorrow.

Morning

A year ago today I cracked my 100th marathon, can't believe I have been such a slacker and only done another 21.
18/11/2012 at 12:10

Bt eck tha twere reet chilly this morning.

Lovely hilly 14 miler done though in the winter sun

18/11/2012 at 17:33
Is phys still Dashing?
18/11/2012 at 23:15

Ay. 'appen t'were chilly in't morn.

Dashed well so now lashed

46:42 Pb for Abbet Dash so pleased with myself. Team did well too so went out for celebratory Sunday lunch, only just back home.

Only 21 marathons in a year you say Paul? Personally I'd be ashamed to admit to such a record

Well done phys, must have been some lunch.
19/11/2012 at 10:20

Morning

Now banned form running anyway - plantar thing has been assessed as a potential stress fracture by physio - I have a referral letter for an x-ray

19/11/2012 at 21:03

Evening.

Sounds painful Maddy. Hope you can still bike?

My legs were suprisingly OK today, so did short cycle commute.
