Back on the marathon circuit on Saturday, so off to Stratford tomorrow afternoon.

Evening. Meeting all day today, dark when I got in.... no running again...

So, I'm looking at treadmills again. A colleague has a nordic track folding one, which looked substantial enough to use for work and looking on a couple of sites it is within the budget.

Anyone got any knowledge of this brand? Paul?

Nordic Track are high quality. Mine is a Life Fitness and comes very highly recommended.

I would love a Life Fitness, but I do need a folding one and I can't find a lot of information about them and they are a lot more expensive! Do you know anyone who has the folding one, F3?

The feedback from RW seems to be good except that it is too springy, therefore maybe too noisy. Other reviews seem to agree.... Maybe I need to ask if I can have a go on the one I just had a look at....

I have the folding F3 and have been really pleased with it. Treadmills are all noisy to a degree.

Marathon 122 all done, cold but sunny. A 3 loop off road affair.

Well done Paul. I didn't realise the marathon was today. What time did you do? Was it muddy.

We've done a 3 hour walk, cold and sunny, off road parts very muddy.

I'll have another look at the F3....

Morning

I seem to be leading a club run again this morning - only going to be a shorter long run today I think. After 27 miles in the mud yesterday my legs feel a little bashed.

Thats good going for 27 miles Paul. And a run today. Impressive.

I was suffering an odd reaction to some grape juice I had at the works do last night so struggled to get going, but was persuaded out on a short run with a friend. No great pace but it got me out in the sunshine.
