Evening - going to book back in with the physio to determine next stage for the foot saga.  Even I would like to try and small run now I have been told not to

03/01/2013 at 21:16

First miles for the log today. Cycling not running and its not going to get me very high up the rankings, 6 miles commuting, but on top of a 12 hour work day it'll do for a start.

More miles for the log, same post, 6 miles cycle commute.

2 runs this morning - a 5.9 mile tempo warm up and a 5 miler leading the 9m/m marathan ladies group.

Might be getting a new dog tomorrow

New dog eh - you must have your eye on someone then

05/01/2013 at 14:20

An eye on a new dog yes.......going to meet it tomorrow PM hopefully.

What happenend to the last dog Paul?

I've exercised twice today as well. 6 mile cycle commute to work to go through opening up with the new physio. Then a 4.5 mile run with a friend. Quite a slow pace but it was more about getting out for the first running miles for the log. The sun showed an appearance as well which was a lovely suprise.

Poor old Molly had cancer and we had to have her put down in the summer. Hoping to go and see a new cocker spaniel tomorrow.

Well done on the run phys.

Ahwwrr. Sorry about Molly.

Will it be a puppy cocker spaniel? My colleague has just got a new dalmation puppy... hard work by all accounts!

1 year old, looks lovely though.

Morning

Cocker Spaniels are lively little things aren't they

Well haven't heard from the dog sellers in 24 hrs now so it doesn't look like we will be seeing a potential addition to the family after all this afternoon.

A nice hilly 12.75 mile run this morning with the running club, followed by an excellent full English at the Sherborne Station Cafe 30+ very satisfied runners.

Great being off work, without trying or any long runs I seem to have notched up 56.5 miles of running this week
