Evening
Bit blowy here - foot settling down again
I am suppose to be on a stipid oclock train to Wrexham tomorrow - hope the weather doesn't scupper the trip
Snow again this morning, but not enought to disrupt work. Enough to put paid to my cycle in though.
Good news about the foot Maddy.
Paul - when the longest run in the last 6 months is 6 miles, with 2.5 being the longest for the year, 9 is a big jump!
Jump down then Paul? Downwards is always harder for th muscles. Its the eccentric control. I hope your quads don't ache too much in the morning
Morning. 4 miles running with my friend. V slow but lovely in the sunshine, and it was only up graded from a walk at the last minute.
Morning
Day off today so a 10k tempo this morning and a few easy miles with mrs a planned for this afternoon.
A lazy 5 miles this afternoon - we are leading a pub run next week so a bit of a recce completed.
Sounds like my kind of run Paul. Shame its so far.
6 mile cycle commute today, taking advantage of a non-windy, dry day. Cold though!
What marathon training? I have been invited on a run with my marathon friends again this Sunday, but it is very much weather dependant.
Do you think you are sensing weakness here Paul?
You've nearly scared me off Paul!
No exercise to report, work, lunch with a friend, massage, more work, then pub. Nice day.
Planning run for Sunday, but it might depend on the amount of snow!
On the track? Have you been running around in circles for hours again Paul?
A grudging well done I suppose then...
