Bit blowy here - foot settling down again

I am suppose to be on a stipid oclock train to Wrexham tomorrow - hope the weather doesn't scupper the trip

Snow again this morning, but not enought to disrupt work. Enough to put paid to my cycle in though.

Good news about the foot Maddy.

Paul - when the longest run in the last 6 months is 6 miles, with 2.5 being the longest for the year, 9 is a big jump!

Had a big jump up today to a hilly 9 miler
05/02/2013 at 21:47

Jump down then Paul? Downwards is always harder for th muscles. Its the eccentric control. I hope your quads don't ache too much in the morning

Morning. 4 miles running with my friend. V slow but lovely in the sunshine, and it was only up graded from a walk at the last minute.

A lazy 5 miles this afternoon - we are leading a pub run next week so a bit of a recce completed.

Sounds like my kind of run Paul. Shame its so far.

6 mile cycle commute today, taking advantage of a non-windy, dry day. Cold though!

So when does your marathon training start phys?
07/02/2013 at 19:41

What marathon training? I have been invited on a run with my marathon friends again this Sunday, but it is very much weather dependant.

There must be one out there with your name on this year..
07/02/2013 at 21:09

Do you think you are sensing weakness here Paul?

07/02/2013 at 21:16
Definitely......going for the kill....
08/02/2013 at 21:05

You've nearly scared me off Paul!

No exercise to report, work, lunch with a friend, massage, more work, then pub. Nice day.

Planning run for Sunday, but it might depend on the amount of snow!

Just over 10 miles on the track tonight
08/02/2013 at 21:20

On the track? Have you been running around in circles for hours again Paul?

08/02/2013 at 21:28
Afraid so - thankfully not much over an hour. Did my own thing at the club training night and did some good quick miles.
08/02/2013 at 22:02

A grudging well done I suppose then...

09/02/2013 at 12:40

10.4 drizzly miles this morning leading the club marathon training group.

9 mile cycle commute to work. I managed the longer route back to put a tiny few miles down. Still hoping to run tomorrow, but there is a fair amount of snow forecast again .....
