A very soggy 14.5 miles this morning.
Soggy and cold here, 12.5 miles for me in the sleet!
Quite proud of myself, despite the slow pace. I felt fine which suprises me considering how little running I've been doing. It just shows how much easier it is to run slower. I might get used to it!
Half marathons Paul, I've told you................
When is your next one Paul? I know you missed one because of the weather but it seems like ages since your last.
Evening. Legs were again suprisingly fine today, but there was enough snow around to make the road cycle commute a bad idea, but not enough frost to freeze the ground to make mountain biking non-muddy.
That was a long way around to say no exercise today because I drove in!
Weather is just cold here
Just back from a works trip to Bournemouth - near Pauls neck of the woods isn't it?
No exercise again today, no excuse this time, except laziness. I just couldn't face the cold at 7am this am.
I though it was close - which side of Bournemouth are you - I have a visit to portsmouth to plan as well
I have my bike back just need to try and sort the lights out now
Evening. Crazy day here again due to the snow. It started coming down really heavily at lunchtime, so everyone in Leeds seemed to leave work at 3 and create deadlock on the roads. All my patients had to cancel as it was taking them hours to travel a couple of miles! I stayed to teach my evening classes, and had a few brave souls in each. Not that brave actually, as its already starting to thaw and everyone else was scared off the roads.
Tonight I am treating the gorgeous mrs a to a pub run with the club followed by fish and chips twice with a bottle of wine for £20. Never let it be said that romance is dead in this house
We had a romantic meal at home followed by me going off to pub quiz as E was feeling ill. Its been a beautiful day here, we've managed to get out for a walk and a pub lunch as I'm working all weekend so had today off.
Easy 9 miler this morning, even saw a glimpse of a strange orb like thing in the sky.
