I went for a 30 (total in the end) bike ride with a potential new club rider - slow but still more claories burnt than sitting on the sofa
The weird globe was following me on the ride
Evening. Keep being sensible Paul. If you are running a marathon at the weekend I think you should rest until a leg loosener the day before.
I worked all weekend and all day today, thereby missing all the lovely sunshine
No exercise, I couldn't even face the cycle commute today as I was really tired.

Evening. Another gorgeous day here, most of which I was indoors working but I did manage to sneak out of work just before the light went for a 2.6 mile run home.
Just a walk with E this morning. Long work day, too tired for the commute after the late finish.

Terrible week for exercise for me this week. I've just been so tired since working the weekend. I'm just forgetting about it and starting again tomorrow.
I'm getting inspired by British World Champions on the track again

Chilly 8.2 miler this morning as a warm-up for 26.2 off road in the New Forest tomorrow.
Blimey that was cold - decent run though in 3:22 on a hilly, trail course. About 10th place I think and marathon 124 done. 2 months since my last marathon before this ..........thud.
On the sauce last night phys?
Evening. I got back on the bike for a short commute today. 6 very cold miles!
