Evening. Did you trip over a milestone whilst out running by any chance?
Are you usually in Dubai at this time of year?
Cycle commute for me today. A very long day as I havebeen training a new receptionist starting this afternoon. An older lady, therefore unlikely to get pregnant! However, not the quickest in working out the computer system. I had to keep sitting on my hands to stop just doing it myself!
I'm off to the Alps myself this weekend, first skiing trip in a couple of years
I think I might have done a very quick time on the cycle home, burning off the frustration of training someone. I really powered up the hill! I still think she will be fine once she gets her confidence, but it is painful when it all comes so naturally to oneself!
Heard today from one of the physio's I nearly recruited for the last job, when the current (so far excellent) physio was unsure whether she wanted the job. This other one was potentially going to train as a cover physio/instructor....... but is now pregnant............. And she only set foot in the building once!
So its worth the effort for a older one!
Sorry Paul - realised that post didn't even say Happy Birthday!
Work early tomorrow then straight to the plane from there. Have a good weekend away Paul, don't drag MrsA up too many Munroes in one go!
good to see people getting away
Nice steady 6 on the treadie all done
Keeping up the thread tally - well done Paul
Nice track session done tonight - 10.15 miles.
9.4 miles in the sunshine this morning
